Lisola was born from the inspiration of three talents: Federico de Majo from Zafferano, a Venetian entrepreneur; Ivano Veccia, a renowned pizza chef; and Nino Di Costanzo, the chef of Daní Maison in Ischia. United by their passion for cooking, they have created a restaurant where tradition and innovation blend harmoniously to offer a unique gastronomic experience.
The cuisine has a Mediterranean and traditional touch, based on the seasonality of ingredients primarily sourced from Southern Italy. The menu includes dishes dedicated to the island, such as rabbit ravioli and Ischian-style rabbit, along with Nino Di Costanzo's iconic dishes like Spaghettoni with Five Tomatoes.
Behind the pizzeria counter works Ivano Veccia, a prominent figure on the national level from Ischia. Ivano brings several "signature pizzas" to Lisola, including Lasagna Povera and Pizzaiuolo (Provola and Pepper), as well as fried and Roman-style pizzas.
